Our breads are made on site with no artificial ingredients, improvers or enhancements. Our bakery team take turns to work on the night shift to make a wide range of breads.
Our sourdough breads include: Pain De Campagne, Polish, 40% Rye and Caraway, 70% wholemeal with 4 grains, baguettes.
Our yeasted breads include: White Bloomer, White tin, Wholemeal tin, Ciabatta rolls, Morning rolls.
Our Guest Breads change daily and include Pumpkin, Cornbread, Donker Rye, Walnut and Sultana and the East Lothian Cob, which uses locally grown and milled flour, as speciality lines.
